In 2019, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, Crossmedia Group presented the exhibition Moon & Beyond, a multimedia journey dedicated to the evolution of the relationship between human kind and planet Earth’s satellite, from prehistoric civilizations to the XXI century.
The experience winds through six immersive settings, taking the pubblic along in a journey to discover the Moon and space, by combining the immersive experience with numerous space-related artifacts.
Since the beginning of time, humanity has looked at celestial bodies in the sky dreaming of reaching them one day. That day was July 20, 1969, during the space mission lead by Neil Armstrong. A little more than fifty years after the first – and so far last – trip of Men on the Moon, people’s interest is still incredibly high, pushing governments and privates to work towards new civil expeditions on the Moon and on Mars. Moon & Beyond tell this story, and how humanity got there.
